Earthday 2005

Another fantastic Earthday Celebration! This one was very special for hundreds of reasons, but mostly because help was generously given from so many people to make it possible.

The only big glitch was with our tee shirts. Our delivery guy had tire problems and arrived very late, so we have many left over. Anyone who wishes to pick up one of these collector edition tees can do so for $10 at Gearhead Bicycle Shop orDownward Dog.

Thanks for the incredible support from our volunteers, friends, and local businesses. Special thanks to Pacifica Performances, Coastside Critters, Salada Beach Cafe, Trader Joe's, and Nona's Kitchen. Thanks to the BANDS, Earthcapades Environmental Vaudeville, and our super emcee Ian Butler.

Our first Earthday in Pacifica was also a great success. There were over a dozen environmental tables, six bands, hundreds of bikes, kegs of beer, and a great cross-section of Pacifica's caring community. Check out some of the pictures!

Several Volunteers have stepped forward to get involved, how about joing us!? Ideas are already in the works to make Earthday in Pacifica better then ever.
